Electric CNC Tube Bending for Production
Need repeatable bent tube parts, frequent product changeovers or a coordinated bending and end-forming line? Pedrazzoli USA can review the drawing and production requirements against its Bend Master electric CNC tube bending machines. This guide explains what to evaluate before choosing a bender, tooling and material-handling approach. “High-speed” on a machine page is not a parts-per-hour guarantee for your part.
Choose the Production Workflow Before Comparing Machine Speeds
- Part and material: provide alloy, yield strength where available, outside diameter, wall, blank length and surface requirements.
- Bend sequence: include centerline radii, angles, rotations, straight lengths and any bends close to an end or one another.
- Quality: define the acceptable ovality, wall thinning, wrinkling, marks, dimensions and inspection method.
- Output and changeovers: share batch and annual quantities, shifts, number of part families, tooling swaps and target cycle time.
- Handling and downstream work: indicate manual or robotic loading, end forming, unloading, guarding and available floor space.
Carriage, bend-arm or rotation speeds are individual motion specifications. Finished-part throughput also depends on tool motion, number of bends, loading, unloading and inspection. Ask for a part-specific time study or demonstration when cycle time determines the investment.
Electric CNC Bend Master Models
The Bend Master range comparison provides published capacities and links to each model. Bend Master 45 and 65 are published as all-electric platforms with clockwise and counter-clockwise bending in the same cycle. Do not extend that description to every model: the U.S. Bend Master 90 specification identifies six electrically controlled axes and a hydraulic reservoir for auxiliary functions, and publishes clockwise bending. Confirm the exact market configuration, tooling and bend sequence for the quoted machine.
Published diameter-and-wall combinations are reference specifications, not a promise for every alloy, radius or part. A mandrel, wiper die, pressure die and tooling stack should be specified for the actual geometry and quality target.

This Bend Master 65 furniture-frame demonstration from CML USA shows an application with left- and right-hand bending and variable radius. The demonstrated part and tooling are not a universal machine specification.
