Pedrazzoli’s classic workhorse circular cold saw, the original Super Brown 350. Ideal for any fabrication shop wanting safe, quick sawing of ferrous or nonferrous tube, pipe and profiles with minimum clean up.
Cutting Capacity (0°-45° pipe): 4″
A circular cold saw is the fastest way to put a clean, burr-free, weld-ready end on tube, pipe, and profiles – no sparks, no heat discoloration, no grinding afterward. Pedrazzoli’s Super Brown series has been the industry’s benchmark cold saw for decades: a heavy cast-iron frame, precise blade drive, and safe, quick mitering from 0° to 45° for frames, handrails, and fabrication work.
The range covers every level of automation. Start with the classic SUPER BROWN 350/60 MRM manual cold saw – the original workhorse, cutting pipe to 4″ at any miter angle. Move up to the semi-automatic SA models with hydraulic clamping for faster, more consistent production. For high-volume cutting, our automatic saws and the MCL 120 IMS automated cutting cell feed, cut, and unload with minimal operator attention.
Cold saws cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. Every machine is sold and serviced from Davenport, Iowa, with saw blades and spare parts in stock – and we can demonstrate a cut on your material before you buy.

What is a cold saw and how is it different from a chop saw?
A cold saw uses a slow-turning toothed blade with flood coolant, so the cut stays cool — no burrs, no sparks, no burnt edges, and the blade is resharpenable hundreds of times. An abrasive chop saw is cheaper to buy but leaves burred, heat-discolored ends that need grinding, and consumes wheels constantly.
Cold saw or bandsaw?
Cold saws are faster and cleaner on tube and profiles up to about 4-5″; bandsaws handle larger sections and solids. See our bandsaws – or ask us with your typical part sizes.
Can I cut miters?
Yes – Super Brown saws miter 0-45° with the same capacity and clean finish.
Do you sharpen and stock cold saw blades?
Blades and spare parts are stocked in Davenport, Iowa. Blade sharpening is available.
