METAL CUTTING BANDSAWS

Pedrazzoli Brown horizontal bandsaws deliver accurate, vibration-free cutting of ferrous and nonferrous tube, pipe, solids, and structural profiles — in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Every saw is built on a heavy-duty cast-iron base that absorbs vibration during the cutting cycle, which means straighter cuts, longer blade life, and less cleanup at the weld bench.

Choose the gravity down-feed SN 300 NEWTON for reliable everyday cutoff work up to 8.5″ pipe, or step up to the semi-automatic BROWN SN 420 SA with hydraulic clamping and capacities to 11″ for production sawing. Both handle miter cuts for frame and fabrication work 0–45°/60°.

Every Pedrazzoli band saw is sold, installed, and supported by our factory team in Davenport, Iowa – with blades, spare parts, and service in stock in the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bandsaw or cold saw – which should I buy?
A bandsaw is the flexible choice for larger sections, solids, and mixed work up to 11″. A circular cold saw cuts faster with a burr-free, weld-ready finish on tube and profiles up to about 4-5″. Many shops run both: the bandsaw for big or odd material, the cold saw for production tube cutting. See our circular cold saws – or call and we will help you choose.
What materials can Pedrazzoli bandsaws cut?
Ferrous and nonferrous metals – carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum tube, pipe, solids, and profiles.
Do you stock blades and parts in the USA?
Yes. Blades, spare parts, and factory-trained service are based in Davenport, Iowa.
