Pedrazzoli Bend Master electric CNC tube bending machines use electrically controlled bending and positioning axes for programmable tube and pipe bending. They are not hydraulic bending-drive machines. Published model features include multi-stack tooling for fixed or variable radii, brushless motors and rigid machine structures.
Model distinction: Bend Master 45 and 65 are published as all-electric platforms with clockwise and counter-clockwise bending in the same cycle. Bend Master 90 uses six electrically controlled axes and is published as clockwise in the U.S.; the U.S. specification also lists a hydraulic reservoir for auxiliary machine functions. Do not assume every feature is shared across all three models.
The series covers published tube capacities from 1 inch × 0.083 inch on the Bend Master 25 to 3.5 inches × 0.157 inch on the Bend Master 90. These figures are model reference points, not universal material limits. Alloy, wall thickness, centerline radius, tooling, bend angle and part geometry affect achievable capacity and bend quality.

For production work, compare more than a machine’s maximum diameter or advertised axis speed. The tube material, bend geometry, tooling, loading method, inspection requirements and changeover frequency all affect achievable output. Use the production tube bending guide to plan a machine and handling review around your own part.

The machine’s electric CNC axes position the tube, close the tooling and rotate it around the bend die according to the programmed sequence. Clamp, pressure-die, mandrel and wiper-die requirements depend on the tube, wall, radius and finish. Multi-stack tooling can support more than one fixed or variable radius in a part, subject to the selected machine and tooling package.
| Model | Published capacity | Published maximum bend angle | Published electric axes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bend Master 25 | 1 in. × 0.083 in. | 190° | 8 |
| Bend Master 38 | 1.5 in. × 0.095 in. | 180° | 8 |
| Bend Master 45 | 1.75 in. × 0.118 in. | 190° / 182° | 10 + 1 optional |
| Bend Master 65 | 2.5 in. × 0.083 in. | 187° / 183° | 10 + 1 optional |
| Bend Master 90 | 3.5 in. × 0.157 in. | 190° | 6 |
Capacity note: Published diameter-and-wall combinations are model specifications, not guarantees for every alloy, radius or part. Material strength, wall, centerline radius, tooling, bend angle and geometry must be reviewed together.
For secondary operations at the tube end, see the Stern Brown tube end forming machines.
Use the published capacities as an initial screen, then compare the complete part drawing, material, wall, radii, bend directions, tooling and production target. A larger nominal capacity does not by itself confirm application fit.
Bend Master bending and positioning axes are electrically controlled; the series is not a hydraulic bending-drive platform. Bend Master 45 and 65 are published as all-electric. The U.S. Bend Master 90 specification also lists a hydraulic reservoir for auxiliary functions, so its architecture should not be described as identical to the 45 and 65.
Bend Master 45 and 65 are published with clockwise and counter-clockwise bending in the same cycle. Bend Master 90 differs: the global machine is configured clockwise or counter-clockwise, while the U.S. specification publishes clockwise bending. Confirm the required sequence and tooling against the specific model and part.
That decision depends on diameter-to-wall ratio, bend radius, material and acceptable ovality or wrinkling. Submit the part specifications so the tooling package can be evaluated with the machine.
Send the tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness, centerline radii, part drawing and expected volume. Pedrazzoli USA can review the bend sequence, machine size and tooling requirements.
Compare CNC tube benders by material, outside diameter and wall, centerline radius, bend direction, tooling, mandrel requirements, automation and complete quote scope—not model number alone.
Use Bend Genie to lay out the tube, visualize the finished part, review the bend sequence, and prepare the dimensions needed for a Pedrazzoli CNC tube-bending application discussion.
