The Pedrazzoli Super Brown 350/60 SA semi-automatic cold saw combines adjustable pneumatic saw-head downfeed and return with pneumatic workholding for repeated fabrication cuts. Its published specifications include a 350 mm maximum blade diameter and variable blade speed of 15–90 rpm. Match the machine, blade and cutting conditions to your tube, pipe or profile. CML USA can confirm the supplied configuration and quote optional material-feeding equipment separately.
This metal cold saw suits repeated fabrication work where controlled feed and clamping are useful. Variable blade speed and reversible rotation help match the cutting setup to the material. Optional material-feeding equipment can extend the workflow; it is not included merely because the saw is semi-automatic.
Semi-Automatic Cutting: Controlled Feed, Less Repetitive Head Feeding
The Super Brown 350/60 SA combines pneumatic workholding with adjustable pneumatic saw-head downfeed and return. Compared with a manually fed head, this can reduce operator effort during repeated cuts and help maintain a more consistent cutting cycle.
The operator still needs to load, support and position material unless the quoted system includes suitable automatic feeding equipment. Follow the supplied manual for cycle initiation, guarding, blade start, head return and vise release. Correct blade, speed, feed and workholding remain essential; powered feed does not guarantee freedom from blade damage or burrs.
