The PD100 automatic feed and positioning system turns Pedrazzoli Super Brown 350/60 SA circular cold saw into a high-output cutting station. Load material, enter cut lengths, the PD100 feeds material to the blade accurately – piece after piece, without the operator touching a tape measure.
DC servo motor and precision rack-and-pinion drive deliver smooth, reliable positioning of material, while a non-contact linear encoder verifies every position to keep tolerances tight from the first cut on.
No wear points on the measuring system means no drift over time.
