The Pedrazzoli Super Brown 350/60 MRM manual cold saw gives fabrication shops operator control over the cutting head and a quick-lock manual vise. Designed for suitable metal tube, pipe and profiles, it features a 350 mm maximum blade diameter and a published variable-speed range of 15–90 rpm. Ask CML USA to confirm capacity for your material, section shape and miter angle, along with the electrical configuration supplied.
A heavy-duty cast-iron base supports the cutting cycle. The adjustable work head locks for miter cuts, and the vise supports the workpiece throughout the cut. Match blade selection, cutting speed and workholding to your material and required finish.
When to Choose a Manual Cold Saw
The Super Brown 350/60 MRM suits shops seeking direct operator control for varied cuts and smaller batches. The motor drives the blade while the operator controls head descent and positions the stock. Its quick-lock vise and adjustable miter head support repeatable setup; suitable coolant, blade selection and controlled feed help maintain cut quality.
Check the exact electrical version and speed options on the quotation. Verify section capacity at your actual miter angle, support long stock on both sides as required, and include loading and cleanup when evaluating production time. A smooth cut can reduce finishing work, but is not a guarantee of zero burrs or a cool-to-touch part.
For a fuller checklist covering head control, coolant, clamping and angle-specific capacity, read what to look for in a manual cold saw. Compare the semi-automatic 350/60 SA when repeat cutting justifies a powered head cycle.
For burr-free cutting, match the blade, cutting conditions, and workholding to the material; results vary by application, so inspect the edge and deburr as required.
